What are the key considerations when you are looking to design your planning team or respond to challenges within the organisation. What service goals should we be working to and how are these set? How can an outside-in perspective help?

At our 2018 National Conference, a benchmarking workshop gathered data on these two hot topics. Benchmarking is a valuable tool for bringing an outside-in perspective, whether with the rigour of our standards benchmarking peer groups or relying on generic surveys or informal networking in your professional network.
