Standards Benchmarking

A programme to get your organisation or function accredited

Standards Benchmarking

Join us on a journey of improvement and benchmarking for Planning, Insight & Quality. Partner to share information, with unique access to see how other teams work and study what others do.
  • Our standards benchmarking focusses on best practice and strategic opportunities, not just metrics
  • Compare processes & practices and focus on the areas that matter most for you
  • Strive for continuous improvement, not quick fixes, where the ‘best get better’
  • Position yourself in the industry and review the design of your operating model
  • Objective evidence to share with internal stakeholders and influencers

This annual programme is designed for you to gain and then maintain your Standards Benchmarking, tracking year-on-year progress with the benefit of an external perspective. Standards Benchmarking status remains in place for a maximum of 3 years, after this time the “Standards Benchmarking” program will need to be restarted.

A physical and virtual plaque/benchmarking mark will be distributed to your organisation to confirm the period of accreditation.
The Forum will utilise the “Standards Benchmarking” framework and assess your business rather than a self-assessment with Forum input. No accreditation is given for this process.
