Prophet is open source forecasting from Facebook. R and Python are AI programming languages or environments, increasingly used by analysts in customer operations exploring the potential of data science. It’s easy to find out more on google or ask around. Try reading the innovation case studies at Capita, Anglian Water and The Times and The Sunday Times.
