Resetting Scheduling | Redefining Flexibility

Across Customer Operations and workforce planning, one truth is becoming impossible to ignore: we are still trying to solve today’s challenges with yesterday’s assumptions. Work patterns have changed beyond recognition, customer expectations shift at pace, and colleagues increasingly seek meaningful flexibility, stability and connection.
