Customer Strategy & Planning 2022 Virtual and Face-to-Face Conference

The Customer Strategy & Planning Conference will be held during April in 2022, with virtual keynotes, technology showcases and workshops prior to our community connection day on 26th April in Newcastle. The conference will close with the Awards Gala and evening of celebration for the community. The intention is to combine the best of both virtual activity, as experienced over the past 2-years, alongside the traditional face-to-face interaction, which The Forum is proudly associated with.

Customer Strategy & Planning 2022 Virtual Conference

The virtual conference will kick-off on Monday 4th April at 09:30 with The Forum’s keynote and launch of the best practice guide. This will be followed by a mixture of keynotes, technology showcases and workshops throughout April. The agenda has been designed differently to space and pace your learning, helping you to protect your time around other business activities. All virtual sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand. So, if you have any time of over Easter, you can easily catch-up.

For those who attending our hugely successful Community Connection Day, in Crewe 9th November ’21, the agenda will feel familiar with inspiring keynotes and collaboration sessions.

We will be adding in optional “Forum Focus” 20-minute presentations during the networking breaks, this way providing choice. During the morning and lunch time breaks you can choose between a longer break or to watch a topic focused keynote/Ted Talk style presentation.

Awards Gala, Customer Strategy & Planning Connection Day, 26th April, Newcastle

7pm until 1am

As the conference ends the Gala award starts, there will be a live in-person Awards Gala with street food, drinks and live entertainment. This informal evening will include the presentation for the 2022 Awards, which will also be live streamed. Different to previous years, this will be a more informal and casual evening of celebration (not black tie!). Most importantly, The Deadbeats will be back with their live music and bandioke opportunity for you to sing with the band. The evening with be compered as always by Team Challenge, who will be bringing along plenty of games and surprises.

Tickets for the Gala are just £ 50 (+VAT) per person, great value designed for you to bring the team.
