Standards Benchmarking creates solid evidence of your strengths and a detailed roadmap for development. Knowing how you rank in each capability provides you with the starting position to then prioritise the right opportunities to achieve impact and credibility within your organisation, and recognition in the professional community. Peer assessment provides you with an unique insight from fellow industry practitioners, whilst peer assessing other organisations provides you an unique chance to see how others operate.
We are delighted to announce that Ember Services have become the first Forum’s accredited Data, Analytics & Insight function. Our detailed framework of insight capability evidences an organisations strengths and weaknesses in each area, giving benchmark comparisons and a prioritised roadmap for improvement.
To achieve their accreditation Ember assessed themselves in a number of areas including, Scope, Data, Analysis, Engagement and Influence, Impact and Teamwork. This was then reviewed by a panel of industry peers during an onsite visit where they shared some of the great work they are doing.
“The Ember Group demonstrated a clear level of competence in their data analytics and we are delighted to recognise this by awarding them standards benchmark accreditation for their insights capability – a first in the industry.” Paul Smedley – Founder, The Forum.
Lee Mostari, Ember’s Director of Analytics: “We are extremely pleased to be awarded the accreditation. It confirms that we are correctly placed to provide the right kind of actionable insights to our customers, and this provides an industry stamp of approval, confirming that Ember is a leader in understanding what is needed to drive consistent improvement in customer experience and engagement.”
This year we have peer assessed 23 organisations through our planning standards programme from local council and housing associations to large multi-site financial services and telecommunications organisations. The best-in-class report, which is only available to those in the programme, will rank your organisation against industry leaders like: Santander Operations, Direct Line Group, Anglian Water Services, LV= and Sky.
