2021 Best Practice Programme

We have now launched our programme of activity for 2021, combining the very best of virtual and face-to-face to offer you a variety of ways of maximising your membership.

The forced virtual environment of 2020 has given us a huge learning opportunity to understand how we can grow our community, make more events easier to access whilst still ensuring value.

These can be accessed through your membership, or pay-as-you-go.

Planning for Covid-18 Series 2

We are hosting a second series of our Planning for Covid-19 Webinars. The latest Government lockdown announcement felt unfortunately familiar. Though this feels like “we’ve been here before” and we have a huge amount of learning from 2020, there are a number of subtle differences from 2020. There is no doubt there are now plenty of Known Knowns, we don’t know what the new unknown unknown’s are. You can also view the first series webinars.

Webinars: Various starting w/c 18th January

Throughout the year we will be hosting thought leading webinars with our partners, keep your eye out for new dates.

Networking: Various dates starting 1st Feb

We will be continuing our virtual networking groups w/c 1st February and then throughout the year. These offer a great opportunity to hear from other organisations, share challenges and discuss solutions, whilst growing your personal network of contacts.

Over 100 students completed our Assisted Learning Pathways during 2020; learning, sharing and transforming to become accredited members. These are designed for people at all levels from entry level analysts to senior leaders, offering a choice a modules to tailor your learning pathway.

Why wait for training when our on-demand learning modules and boxsets are available all year round. Take a look at our website to see our list of over 100 modules, as well as our boxset compilations. These can be linked to your individual accreditation.

Customer Strategy & Planning, Virtual April 2021: 26th April to 30th April

For 2021 we will return to our traditional April timing but remain virtual. Our September conference was a success, so we will follow a similar format of inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, case study discussions and technology showcases.

Case Study Live: Various dates, May, June, July

A huge success from this year were our virtual site visits, showcasing our award finalists and involving an interactive networking discussion. For 2021 we will be promoting our award finalists with Case Study Live sessions showcasing individuals, teams, partnership and innovation & transformation.

Regional face-to-face group: Tbc w/c 7th June, 14th June & 21st June

Our intention for June is to host some regional face-to-face networking groups. These are obviously subject to a change in current lockdown restrictions. More information will follow in the New Year when we have more certainty. The aim of these will be to bring together regions to discuss, learn and share ideas.

November Conference, Chesford Grange November 2021: 9th November

Our traditional calendar will be complete with the National Conference in the Autumn, where we have Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire booked. This conference focusses on each community with sessions designed for Quality, Insight and Planning. The agenda will follow.
