The forced virtual environment of 2020 has given us a huge learning opportunity to understand how we can grow our community, make more events easier to access whilst still ensuring value.

Planning for Covid-18 Series 2
We are hosting a second series of our Planning for Covid-19 Webinars. The latest Government lockdown announcement felt unfortunately familiar. Though this feels like “we’ve been here before” and we have a huge amount of learning from 2020, there are a number of subtle differences from 2020. There is no doubt there are now plenty of Known Knowns, we don’t know what the new unknown unknown’s are. You can also view the first series webinars.

Throughout the year we will be hosting thought leading webinars with our partners, keep your eye out for new dates.
Networking: Various dates starting 1st Feb
We will be continuing our virtual networking groups w/c 1st February and then throughout the year. These offer a great opportunity to hear from other organisations, share challenges and discuss solutions, whilst growing your personal network of contacts.
Assisted Learning Pathways: 1st March, 17th May & 6th September
Over 100 students completed our Assisted Learning Pathways during 2020; learning, sharing and transforming to become accredited members. During 2021 there will be three start dates with the first starting in March. These are designed for people at all levels from entry level analysts to senior leaders, offering a choice a modules to tailor your learning pathway.

Customer Strategy & Planning, Virtual April 2021: 26th April to 30th April
For 2021 we will return to our traditional April timing but remain virtual. Our September conference was a success, so we will follow a similar format of inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, case study discussions and technology showcases.
Case Study Live: Various dates, May, June, July
A huge success from this year were our virtual site visits, showcasing our award finalists and involving an interactive networking discussion. For 2021 we will be promoting our award finalists with Case Study Live sessions showcasing individuals, teams, partnership and innovation & transformation.
Regional face-to-face group: Tbc w/c 7th June, 14th June & 21st June
Our intention for June is to host some regional face-to-face networking groups. These are obviously subject to a change in current lockdown restrictions. More information will follow in the New Year when we have more certainty. The aim of these will be to bring together regions to discuss, learn and share ideas.
November Conference, Chesford Grange November 2021: 9th November
Our traditional calendar will be complete with the National Conference in the Autumn, where we have Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire booked. This conference focusses on each community with sessions designed for Quality, Insight and Planning. The agenda will follow.
