Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Engineer / 1st Line Support

Salary: £25 – £28k

A well established online based company are looking for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to join their Desktop Support team to help support 900+ end users.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting desktop PC’s, laptops and Macs running Windows and OS-x
  • Installation and maintenance of Windows 10 and all other Windows software
  • Responding to helpdesk tickets
  • Setting up computer equipment and installations

What are we looking for:

  • An enthusiastic, energetic and able to learn new skills quickly
  • Someone who is looking to develop their IT skills
  • Exchange experience would be desirable
  • Microsoft experience
  • Who has previously had experience in either a IT shop/background or 1st Line Support
