Resource Planning Analyst, London

Contact Centre Partners are currently working with one of our well-established clients based in the heart of London, who are on the lookout for a Resource Planning Analyst. Specialising in the not for profit space this is a great opportunity to work for a company who genuinely care and want to make a positive difference and impact to people’s lives.  

As the Resource Planning Analyst, you will be working within a busy technology department and tasked to lead on all analysis and planning projects including but not limited to resource demand and project allocation across the entire department. Interpret data to a high standard to achieve the results that can maximise the companies spend.

With Multi Channel and multiple offices across the UK this role will be suitable for someone with extensive experience of both managing specialist and specific analytical projects as wells as managing and analysing data for terms of 4-8 week intervals with the most cost effective plans being put in place to ensure cost savings whilst maintaining and increasing service.

An allocated budget of in excess of £10M will be expected to be managed to ensure key activities are delivered in a cost effective, productive and timely manner. You will be a strong communicator and a very effective communicator as you will be working closely with other members of the planning team and additional departments within the company including recruitment where staff shortages are replenished according to the data analysed and provided.

Its is important that applicants have the following skill sets and abilities;

  • Extensive experience of working in the same or similar role and ideally with the not for profit or retail market space.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An effective team player and communicator
  • Able to present to senior member of staff in a confident and informative manner
  • Strong experience of interpreting data and providing in-depth insights
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools

In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 with a yearly salary review based on performance and effectiveness of results. The company also offer additional benefits which include;
