Salary: £30,000 + benefits

My Client is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to own Service Delivery plans and Forecasts across the contact centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that robust plans and forecasts are in place
  • Create and distribute schedules/rosters based on forecasts, operational targets and the workforce’s availability, restrictions and preferences. Identify potential issues and liaise with Team Managers for resolution
  • Create intra-day schedules for all activities
  • Propose and implement improvements to schedules/rosters and the scheduling/rostering process.
  • Generate short-term forecasts (volumes, distributions, AHT and shrinkages) aligned with long-term forecast
  • Produce ad-hoc reports
  • Real-Time manage inbound/outbound activity across all contact methods,

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in End to end Resource planning in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
