Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the Resource Planning department and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Analyst which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success. 

What the job is:

As the Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for producing short/mid and long term demand profile and schedules to match it in order to deliver to the agreed service targets across all areas of the business by meeting the needs of their customers and optimising resource in line with strategic direction.

  • Experience of operating within a Resource Planning team within a multi-site / multi-channel contact centre
  • Ability to forecast demand and schedule to it using WFM and MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in using WFM solutions, preferably Verint or NICE IEX
  • Exceptional numerical reasoning, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge is essential, satisfactory level of other MS Windows skills including Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting information/data or managing an industry standard WFM application
