Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the Resource Planning department and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Analyst which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success. 

What the job is?

As the Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Resource Planning lead by producing accurate weekly and intra-day resource plans in line with short, medium & long term forecasts. You will assist in engaging with key stakeholders for inputs, advise where necessary and track adherence to plans to ensure your accurate planning of resource meets required service levels. 


Is this the job for you?

You will be a Resource Planning Analyst and have done a Resource Planning role for at least three years within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have experience working within a back office function) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Experience of forecasting & planning processes within a contact centre environment
  • Moderate user of Microsoft Excel & basic knowledge of other Microsoft products
  • Ability to use large volumes of data quickly & accurately
  • Good problem solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work alone and use own initiative
  • Able to work under pressure & to deadlines, prioritising workloads
  • The ability to provide direct feedback
  • Able to apply fair processes consistently at all levels
  • Analytical thinker
