Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the IT department and with that growth comes the need for a new Telephony Analyst which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

What the job is:

The Telephony Analyst will form part of the IT team based in Cirencester. Reporting into the Telephony Manager, you will be responsible for providing day to day support for the Telecoms services, selected project implementations, the provision of management information, and mobile telephony support within the business.  The jobholder will report directly to the Telephony Manager and be responsible for all aspects of support for existing and new Avaya telephone systems.  Previous experience of managing a supplier relationship is essential.


Is this the job for you?

You will be a Telephony Analyst and have done Telephony support role for at least three years within a IT environment (extra points if you have knowledge of working with Cisco Networking) and have been great at it and all that being a Telephony Analyst involves – if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
