Solvd. is on the lookout for a dynamic and analytical Business Performance Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role supporting new business initiatives, strategic planning, and performance reporting across multiple Operating Companies. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of performance analysts to deliver high-quality business intelligence.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive accurate planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resourcing and KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement robust data systems and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Support ad hoc projects and promote continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in Management Information and Performance Management.
- Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (including PowerPivot and complex formulas).
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Data Science or Data Analytics.
