The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us, the changes and impacts will continue for some time. It’s during times like this when you need you remember that you are part of a community of best practice, so don’t be alone. The Forum is your friendly, safe environment for sharing ideas, top tips and pitfalls to avoid. In this time of uncertainty its important that we collaborate and work together, bringing together ideas and use this time as an opportunity to learn and continue to raise standards. 

 We have designed three short series of learning academy modules, along with a top-tips & pitfalls to avoid for homeworking webinar and then a virtual networking group to help you. Phil Anderson has written an article about some of the considerations you might need to make.

Strength in numbers the value of community

When numbers, people and relationships come together, we are energised to drive action, bring the best out in each other and gain the courage to innovate and improve. A strong group depends on who is in it, and who isn’t, who contributes and who doesn’t – and the purpose that brings people together too. In the same way, we shouldn’t focus just on individual data-points, but on whether the data is representative, the trends or relationships within the data, as well as the way in which we work together in using it. So, when I think of strength, I think of this above all as health – healthy data, healthy groups, with energy, durability and courage. We will achieve more together, and sustain progress better, when we harness the momentum of a collective force for greatness.
