2025 Best Practice Guide
Raising Standards

Upcoming Leadership Events

Are you a Director or Senior Leader? Join our regular forums to raise standards in customer operations together. The Forum holds events for leaders to network and hear from inspirational speakers throughout the year.

Each session will be recorded, with an edited transcription published and shared around the wider group and community. Future sessions will develop previous discussions and bring in new questions. Each month a new article will be published designed to be built upon exploring new different, but connected, topics. This will lead to a comprehensive article reflecting the comments of all sessions. Each discussion group will be kept small, to give each attendee the opportunity to contribute and answer the key questions, whilst allowing time for the topic area to grow.

Partner Article: Workforce Wellbeing Recovery Kit at Calabrio

We all want a positive customer experience in our contact centres. Often, this can only be achieved when your staff are motivated, engaged, and experience the work-life balance they require. Companies are seeing the importance of the overall wellbeing of their staff at all levels – and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Calabrio’s Workforce Wellbeing Recovery Toolkit provides insights and resources to help identify common challenges and provide ideas for improvements that will positively impact employees, as well as customers. In this ebook, there are three personalised kits for:

  1. Agents: Driving Engagements & Retention
  2. Management & Operations Staff: Leading Teams amid Ever-Growing Complexity
  3. CX Leaders: Powering the Next-Gen Customer Experience

In each kit, you will:

  • Learn about the key stressors impacting that group’s wellbeing
  • Receive a checklist to improve wellbeing via processes
  • Find a Tech Buyer’s Guide for tools to support the wellbeing and success of each stakeholder
