National Conference 2021

9th November, Crewe Hall & 15th - 19th November, Virtually

 - This year our National Conferences for Planning, Insight & Customer Experience will be held virtually across the week of 15th November, to be as accessible as possible to everybody.
 - Our Community Connection face-to-face event will be on Tuesday, 9th November at Crewe Hall, Crewe from 8.30 until 5.00, COVID regulations permitting.
 - It is our first face-to-face national event for over 2 years and places are strictly limited, to ensure safe use of the space. They will be allocated on a first-come basis.

Virtual networking group for Back Office and processing operations

This is the chance to meet others who are resource planning in these kind of operations, as part of our growing community of best practice, and explore new ideas with like-minded professionals.

For the next few meetings, different teams will demonstrate how they use their tools and software so we can share and learn from each other. 

This is a free member event, but, if you are not yet a member, you are welcome too to this event.
