Richard has 20 years’ experience in analytics, from an early career as an excel and access ninja in the motor trade and water industry, to leading analytics across Anglian Water. Richard has professionalised and brought together analysts from across Anglian Water as a community of practice, winning an innovation award in 2019. He also established and has led Anglian Water’s data science capability since 2016.
