Adexchange needs an Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage relationships with a truly remarkable client base including Camelot, The O2, Dixons Carphone, Autoglass, Buckingham Palace, Waitrose, Lego and RAC
Since Adexchange opened for business in 1997, we’ve helped clients reduce cost and transform the customer experience, by streamlining their service channels. Typically we analyse our client’s existing communications, identify the damaging touchpoints and design solutions.

About the job
As a small company we offer real responsibility. The Account Manager will report to the Head of Client Services and take full day to day responsibility for managing and extending our relationship with a portfolio of key clients.
Above all the successful candidate will be focused on ensuring Adexchange clients recognise the value we bring to their organisation. This means engaging with the client’s business to understand their problems, issues and objectives, so we may better support them in continually improving their operation.
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Securing client’s commitment to renew or extend their relationship with Adexchange
- Triggering and delivering projects that demonstrate measurable value and significant ROI
- Writing scripts for clients for Chatbots, email, web pages etc scripts capable of influencing customer behaviour
- Mapping customer journeys to reveal weakness, opportunity and insight
- Presenting feedback and solutions to stakeholders
- Liaising with the Adexchange Production Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure product is delivered on time
- Maintaining a detailed diary of client activity
Salary depending on experience
You may not have much experience in this niche field but you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar client facing role: you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar client facing role: You may have experience in the media but above all you’ll know how to engage stakeholders and deliver projects that demonstrate value.
You’ll be good with words but won’t be fazed by won’t be fazed by spreadsheets. You’ll be good with people, too, able to communicate effectively with different contacts and understand their objectives.In any day, you could be talking to Call Centre Managers, CX Directors and/or IT specialists.
You're both a doer and planner. You’ll get your hands dirty doing some of the real work client projects entail,but you'll also be able to scrutinise their their customer facing communications (Emails, Web Pages, Text Messages, Phone Recordings, Chatbots etc) and and explore explore how Adexchange could improve them -- and add value.
You’ll enjoy working in a small tightly knit team of of seven people within a relaxed office.
While not essential in this role, the successful candidate may have experience in one (or more) of the following:
Writing Writing clearly wordedclearly worded, logical copy
- B2B account management
- Media production
- Experience working with foreign languages
- Audio production
- Experience of the contact centre centre industry
- Chatbots and AI

Working from home
6 months ago, we left our cosy office and like the rest of the UK, started working from home (WFH). We expect to return to return to our office soon our office soon –– but when we do but when we do key players will be offered the opportunity to maintain an element of WFH.
