Team Structure

The Resource Planning team can be the guardians of data, driving forward one version of truth, developing understanding and learning of the key dynamic of operational success.

Resource Planning needs to have a seat at the top table, alongside Finance, IT & Technology, Marketing and Human Resources. Bringing together these different perspectives of cost, customer journeys, changes in demand and people into an operating model which is understood.
