Standards and Business Accreditation

The Standards programme is designed as a journey of improvement leading towards accreditation for Planning, Insight and Quality teams and functions. Whether you are at the start of your journey, wanting to understand the fundamentals of best practice, or an established team wanting to become best-in-class this programme is you.

Recently, FIS/Worldpay, British Gas and Shell Energy have each been peer assessed by an independent panel from: Aviva, Leeds City Council, Hutchinson 3, Sky and Severn Trent. This demonstrates how the community can come together to help raise standards, sharing different approaches, qualifying processes and identifying new opportunities. Continuing this Autumn Serco, NatWest and ATOS will all have  peer assessments.

In the last 12-months Skipton Building Society, Aviva and British Gas have all been accredited and recognised as best-in-class for Planning. Other organisations have used the Standards diagnostic approach as a starting point before introducing a new operating model, organisation redesign and driving operational transformation.

There has never been a more important time to ensure that you have the right activities and procedures to drive the right behaviours and understanding. As organisations look to operating new hybrid working models its is more critical than ever to assess how you implement your strategy and gain an external perspective. You can’t afford to get this wrong.
