When Is Too Much Flexibility the Problem?

Join our Strategy & Leadership group as we open the discussion on “When Is Too Much Flexibility the Problem?”
“If flexibility is part of your workforce offer, then so too is the duty to make it work well.”
This discussion group is designed to draw out examples of what is working and what isn’t. We want to gather your thoughts and experiences so we can develop thought leadership and establish best practice.

What does best practice look like when offering flexibility that genuinely supports work-life balance without encouraging overwork or blurred boundaries? What examples have you seen where flexible working was structured well, and how did it benefit both individuals and the business?

What organisational habits, assumptions, or systems currently block healthy flexible working practices? What would need to change, e.g. policies, manager behaviours, tools, or culture, for flexibility to work better for everyone?

If you would like to get involved in this group please email  events@theforum.social to be booked in
