In this session of the network group we will discuss: Strength in numbers. Learning from other areas – what are the challenges that are unique to Outbound and what can we learn from other areas?
There will also be a chance for you to ask questions to support you with your own challenges.
This small discussion group is the chance to share experiences in gaining value from Outbound Contact whether this is completed manually or using a dialler system. We will also be discussing outbound contact across all channels whilst also considering whether this activity should be kept as a separate part of your contact centre or can be blended in with inbound/email/webchat etc. This group is for practitioners working in an outbound environment across all verticals such as collections, sales, customer service, retention etc and there is no charge for members or other guests.
