Take the chance at this virtual Case Study Live to meet and speak to analysts from three great Insight teams from our 2021 Awards at: Flutter Entertainment, Welsh Water and Three Ireland. These finalists are using insight and reporting to deliver real value for their stakeholders and their organisations. At this virtual, interactive workshop, you can hear more about how they achieved their success.

At Welsh Water, they’ve seen remarkable progress in automating data tasks, to free up more time for analysis and insight and build approaches that can be tailored uniquely to each type of problem. They’ve also used data from many organisations to identify an additional 340,000 vulnerable customers. 

At Three Ireland, automation is also the first policy for all reporting, and they focus on how to remove blind spots (turning unknowns into knowns). Work requests are prioritised through the clear use of problem statements and a full reporting audit is undertaken every three months.  

At Flutter (formerly Poker Stars), a mix of expert knowledge and AI/machine learning has been key to the success of early Fraud Models. With a huge uplift in both online transactions and cybercrime, work in this area has huge benefits. This helped build the business case for a team of offshore analysts and new approaches to knowledge management and skills development.
