We are looking for an experience Resource Planning professional who can step in whilst the current Resource Planning Manager is seconded to a wider project. Working with a number of legacy spreadsheets, you will be planning for a mid sized, multi-site customer service operation.
Working with stakeholders you will help forecast, plan and schedule to ensure the delivery of a great service across channels.
You will support a team of two Analysts to help develop nurture and coach them to offer the best WFM support to their customers and stakeholders.
