National Conference 2021

Our National Conference offers a community focus of thought leaderships, workshop based discussion and networking. Dedicated workshops for Planning, Insight and Quality are designed to help you identify areas of improvement with practical takeaways.

This year's conference is face-to-face, with a series of keynotes and open networking discussions.

We will follow this up with some virtual sessions for those who cannot travel as they have been so popular.

As always with our events, these will be highly interactive with thought leadership stimulating new ideas and lively discussion.

This one-day course introduces basic and intermediate coaching techniques and explores coaching in the context of feedback and performance improvement.

Who should attend?

This one-day training workshop is the opportunity for you to discuss the benefits and implications of different approaches and learn about the critical factors to consider. Use this course to help you determine what approach to develop in your own operation.
