Forum Hero awards were presented to three outstanding customer professionals, active in our Customer Strategy & Leadership Forum, recognising their exceptional personal contribution in developing professionalism and best practice. They join our growing rank of heroes, reflecting excellence at all levels in our profession. The 2018 Heroes are:
Jasmeet Narang, Director at Santander Operations
In building the central command and control teams, Jas has created a cultural identity around professionalism in service delivery, focussed on end-to-end customer experience. Dynamic in learning and sharing within our leadership community, Jas has been judge and keynote speaker at our events - and vigorous in promoting professionalism in his planning, insight and improvement teams.
Phil Coole, Senior Operational Planning Manager
Previously Planning Manager of the Year and part of the Award-Winning team at LV=, Phil pushes the boundaries, in his workplace and the wider professional network. He looks for people to be the best they can be and is influential among both planners and leaders. Phil is passionate about engagement, working together for the customer.
Richard Brimble, Author & Director at Understanding & Learning
Richard is well known for caring deeply about learning and customers, living out the principles he writes about. He has actively committed with the Forum over many years, a leader among our judges, passionate in support, energetic in challenge and always looking to learn.
Forum Hero awards are also presented within each of our three professional communities in September, at the National Planning Awards, the National Insight Awards and the National Quality Awards.
In April, at the Innovation Awards Gala, Hero Awards are presented to members of our Customer Strategy & Leadership Forum, for work in developing these professionals and enabling collaboration and learning, across the industry.
