At the start, many participants admitted they lacked confidence. They were unsure if they were asking the right questions or if they even belonged in the room. One person shared that before this, they would have hesitated to challenge something they didn’t understand. Now, they feel comfortable speaking up, questioning processes, and making sure they truly grasp what’s happening.
