Andy Springall: Head of Sales, Service and Energy at Utility Warehouse. After 10 years working for Orange and subsequently EE in Regional retail, marketing and Contact centre leadership roles I moved into the Utilities sector where I Headed up Customer Service for Co-op Energy moving to an Operations Director role with a start up energy company before joining Utility Warehouse two and a half years ago. A passion for service and transformation. For my sins, a Derby County fan!
