Kelvin Curtis, the Resource Planning Lead at Northumbrian Water, and Steven Miller, the Resource Planning Manager at Benenden Health, aimed to bring people together. They wanted to share knowledge about the Genesys workforce management system. They had no idea how much it would grow. Two and a half years later, the WFM Community Support Group has grown into something much bigger than anyone expected. It’s more than a network. It’s a lively space. Here, resource planners from different industries connect, learn, and support each other in solving daily challenges.
