The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us, the changes and impacts will continue for some time. It’s during times like this when you need you remember that you are part of a community of best practice, so don’t be alone. The Forum is your friendly, safe environment for sharing ideas, top tips and pitfalls to avoid. In this time of uncertainty its important that we collaborate and work together, bringing together ideas and use this time as an opportunity to learn and continue to raise standards.

We have designed three short series of learning academy modules, along with a top-tips & pitfalls to avoid for homeworking webinar and then a virtual networking group to help you. Phil Anderson has written an article about some of the considerations you might need to make.

Engagement: The Golden Nugget

I love talking about engagement and how important it is. If you take part in our Assisted Learning Pathways, you will have been bored by me talking about how much I love our Engagement Box Set. Being able to engage with other people in the business is vital for success. You can only add so much value by building that model, producing that dashboard or completing your target number of coaching sessions. If no one is doing anything with what you are producing, then you are not making as much of a difference as could be possible. We are all doing our best in the role we are doing. We are (hopefully) always trying to learn more of the technical skills we use. I am not saying this is wrong, we should always be trying to improve – it will make your job easier, and you can become more efficient maybe freeing up some time to do more analysis or even better giving you time to properly engage with your stakeholders.
