This is Llaura’s second year as a Judge. She has worked for Motability Operations since October 2016 and has over 18 years’ experience within the financial services sector and 14 years as a Learning & Development professional. She is an accredited specialist professional in quality and customer experience and supports The Forum’s Knowledge Management network group. In 2021 her team of communication specialists won a Forum Award for Sustainable Team and they are responsible for knowledge management within the organisation via an internal facing virtual agent “Ask Mo”, which has also won a Forum award.
