Prices And Booking – Customer Strategy & Planning 2020

This year the conference is on 28th & 29th September in Grand Hotel Gosforth, Newcastle. Prices are listed below. Members please note that we will review your booking in line with your membership package and if we have any queries we will contact you. 

Conference places do not include accommodation. If you require this, we recommend the convenience of staying onsite at the conference venue, Grand Hotel Gosforth. You can find further information and book your accommodation here.

We have secured a special accommodation rate at The Grand for delegates of £98.33 excl. VAT including breakfast (£118 incl. VAT) for single occupancy. To secure this rate you need to book via our booking agents Edge Venues, either online using the link above or call them on 01780 484052.

It is your responsibility to cancel accommodation bookings, The Forum will manage any conference cancellations but not your accommodation.

Where possible we will do our best to resell any rooms that are cancelled, in which case you will not be charged. Late cancellations are very likely to result in a charge.

Places are free to members using member places in line with level of membership. Other places are available and the relevant registration fees are below. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Discounts available for 3 or more places made in a single booking (offer not applicable to Gala Dinner).
Special discounts or guest passes are available for members involved in specific programmes or wishing to invite senior business leaders. Please contact us for details. 

All paid for places must be settled within 28 days for invoice places and/or immediately for bookings after 1st March, 2020. A credit card guarantee can be used to hold a place. All bookings are subject to The Forum's normal cancellation terms which can be read here. Cancellation does not automatically mean an invoice is no longer payable.
