For the first time ever, this event is moving to a virtual environment following the huge success of our June virtual learning and networking events. You can select the sessions of most value to you and join from your desk with the same high-profile speakers, case studies and workshops as before.

Top Tips for the best experience

We will send links for each session in advance. We recommend that you test that you can access the links beforehand as some companies have restrictions. If you cannot access through your work computer you can download the app to a personal device.

Use your webcam if possible. This helps everyone on the session feel more connected to see who they are talking to. Workshop and Awards sessions will be interactive and you will be encouraged to participate.

If possible, set up in a room where you won't be disturbed. You can concentrate on your involvement and learning if you are not worried about being interrupted.

Turn off other phones and devices.

Accommodation

If you have previously booked accommodation via our booking agent Trinity they will cancel your accommodation booking for you. If you have booked directly with The Grand or via your own agent you will need to cancel your booking yourselves.
