Maddi Krishnan

Mahadevan (Maddi) has 20+ years experience of working within the Contact Centre Industry spanning different geographies, including exposure to Public, Retail, Regulated Financial, Utility and Pay TV sectors. During his career, Maddi has played a significant role in establishing and shaping up new teams, driving efficiencies across the organisation and delivering tangible improvements. Maddi joined Vitality in 2019 as a Head of Resource Planning and Telephony team . Since joining he has been instrumental in building a strong team and played an important role in driving efficiencies by implementing new tools, upgrading of outdated tools and enhancing the IVR journey.
