Lynette has over 20 years’ experience in resource planning for Contact Centres and Back Office Operations. She enjoys building high performing teams, driving best practice, and working collaboratively with Operations to deliver the best outcomes for customers, clients, and colleagues.

In addition to her core planning skills, Lynette has experience in developing and driving operational maturity frameworks and service modernisation programs across multiple accounts.

Lynette is very proud that her department currently holds the Forum’s ‘Planning Team of the Year 2021’.
