2025 Awards Case Study: Data transformation at Aldermore

David Brockway’s rise to a key role in Aldermore’s data transformation team is a story of hard work, persistence, and a thirst for learning. Joining the team a little over a year ago, David initially had a background in Excel-based analysis. His role at Aldermore quickly pushed him into uncharted territory—working with SQL and Tableau, tools that were essential for the team’s data transformation work but were outside of David’s initial skillset.
