2025 Awards Case Study: Transforming public sector insights at HGS

Steven Davison has been with HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions) for nearly 20 years. He started as a telephonist and worked his way up to leadership roles. Now, he’s on the insights team. He draws on his operations background to analyse and enhance data processes for clients in the public sector. His journey has been one of learning and growth. He adapted his experience to a new role that required him to enter the world of data and insights.
