Planning for COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us, the changes and impacts will continue for some time. It’s during times like this when you need you remember that you are part of a community of best practice, so don’t be alone. The Forum is your friendly, safe environment for sharing ideas, top tips and pitfalls to avoid. In this time of uncertainty its important that we collaborate and work together, bringing together ideas and use this time as an opportunity to learn and continue to raise standards.

We have designed three short series of learning academy modules, along with a top-tips & pitfalls to avoid for homeworking webinar and then a virtual networking group to help you. Phil Anderson has written an article about some of the considerations you might need to make.

Quality & improvement have been hot topics for 2020/21 as we face so many unprecedented changes. This virtual Case Study Live is your chance to learn more about approaches taken by Awards finalists at The AA, DAS, and Open University. With very different roles within quality and improvement, all are effectively delivering improvements that empower their people and make a real difference for their organisations and their customers.

  • Discuss how to create a quality or improvement framework that can deliver real value.
  • See how to make a difference with effective calibration, linking quality to customer experience and truly understanding what good looks.
  • Learn how great knowledge and content management can empower your people and support your digital transformation.

Understand more about what’s happening in other organisations and sectors. Meet key stakeholders in these organisations and can network to learn from other members working on these same topics and challenges. At this virtual, interactive workshop, you can hear more about how they achieved their success.

Liz Vosper, Knowledge Manager at the Open University leads by example, with a passionate focus on learning and sharing knowledge - and the colleague or customer experience. She is adding real value within her own organisation, but also in our wider best practice community.
