We facilitate Live Case Studies and best practice days, to share learning from our Award winners and finalists over the summer months, especially from the Transformation & Innovation Awards. This is another great opportunity to learn about the fantastic things that these organisations have achieved. Noble Systems worked with Capquest to transform performance culture, as well as resource planning, with ROI in 8 months. Their deployment of gamification is exceptional in how they motivate and develop people. 

A wider operational transformation is the focus for Hoist Finance and Aspect. An ambitious roll out of a new pan-European omni-channel platform, was accelerated into a few weeks, to support working from home with lockdown. This huge logistical challenge was overcome by an exceptionally close and collaborative relationship, with mutual positive challenge and trust. 

In the Transformation Awards, a host of approaches at Hoist Finance have engaged people and supported colleague wellbeing, from speech analytics to resourcing strategies, including a wonderful, virtual, pan-European “Eurovision Contact Centre Contest”.
