Josh McGarry didn’t start out as a planning expert. In fact, when he joined OVO’s central planning team after six and a half years in various roles, he brought no formal planning experience with him. But what he lacked in experience, he made up for with curiosity, determination, and a fresh perspective. It’s that mix that’s helped him play a key role in one of OVO’s largest migration projects—and earned him this award nomination.
