A few years ago, the learning and development team at ACCA was small, traditional, and largely under the radar. They provided training as usual. This included PowerPoint presentations, in-person sessions, and a focus on induction training. It worked, but it wasn’t exciting. It wasn’t reaching enough people. And it certainly wasn’t making the kind of impact they knew was possible.
