- You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend two days every month working from our Manchester, Liverpool or St Helens office
What you'll do
In this role, you’ll be using multiple sources of information, such as customer insights, colleague feedback, markets insights and relevant business operational data to provide analysis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary
- People planning, including capability, engagement and communications
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business
- Delivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance
- Reviewing relevant MI and providing ad-hoc analysis of data
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience of working in a support role. You'll need excellent knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of our business. You'll also have experience working in a contact centre resource planning function, with the ability to accurately model future staffing requirements using supply vs demand planning to ensure optimal service levels and operational efficiency.
You’ll also need:
- A broad background of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels preferably in a resource planning environment
- The ability to support the change process by completing impact assessments to size the resource, cost and benefit requirements
- Proficiency in excel along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use information to develop creative value add solutions
- An inquisitive mind with a keen eye for detail
