Kelly Graham never set out to change the way OVO works—she simply wanted to help teams work smarter. But in doing so, she’s made a difference that others are starting to notice. As a Planner Analyst in OVO’s Forecast and Planning team, Kelly focuses on short-term planning, covering everything from weekly schedules to ensuring the right resources are in place. Her journey into planning wasn’t a straight line. Starting as a waitress at 12 and later becoming a senior waitress, she first experienced scheduling on a small scale. A career shift brought her into the energy sector, where she worked her way up from a frontline agent to coach, deputy team manager, and real-time analyst before stepping into her current role.
