In response to the government’s announcements in recent weeks we have redesigned how we are delivering our Best Practice programme throughout the year. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us and with schools now planning on closing (until further notice) the changes and impacts will continue for some time. It’s during times like this when you need to remember that you are part of a community of best practice, so don’t be alone. The Forum is your friendly, safe environment for sharing ideas, top tips and pitfalls to avoid. In this time of uncertainty it's important that we collaborate and work together, bringing together ideas and use this time as an opportunity to learn and continue to raise standards.

Customer Strategy & Planning Conference 2020


Our conference is nothing without our members; no vibrant community, no sharing of best practice and no case studies presentations. I’m sure it’s come as no surprise that The Forum has had to react to the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and plan (as that’s what we do) for a date with more certainty.

All conference places will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you have booked your hotel room, through the agent Trinity, they will contact you to confirm the transfer of your booking.

Our flagship Customer Strategy and Planning conference will now be held on 28th & 29th September at the Grand Hotel in Newcastle. This will include our prestigious gala dinner which will be held on the 29th of September where the 2020 winners will be announced.

Our Best Practice Programme for 2020 won’t stop, we just need to adapt and deliver events and activities in a different order and sometimes different format.
