After this session, you will understand;

• The key elements of capacity plans and backlog management
• How to set up effective data, reporting & comms plans
• Crucial elements of a good plan and their impacts, including shrinkage, models & forecasting

Assisted Learning Pathway

• Kick off with a either a one-day workshop or a virtual learning week, 2-3 hours each day, with a short learning module at 9:30am and the opportunity for networking, personal work and support during the afternoon.   
• For the following months, you dig deeper, opting in to as much support as you require: specialist online learning modules, videos or case studies and discussion, with dedicated tutors for every cohort.
• Join us for the final workshop and/or conference day in April to come together as a group for further training, to crystallise your new network and plan the next stage of your development journey.
• Gain accreditation and a certificate at the end of the programme, if you opt in to the full programme of learning, with a Certificate of Commendation for those who achieve outstanding results!
