National Conference 2021

Virtually 1st to 5th November

This year our National Conferences for Planning, Insight & Customer Experience will be held virtually across the week of 1st November, to be as accessible as possible to everybody.

National Conference Community Connection 2021

9th November, Crewe Hall

Our Community Connection face-to-face event will be on Tuesday, 9th November at Crewe Hall, Crewe from 8.30 until 5.00, COVID regulations permitting.

It is our first face-to-face national event for over 2 years and places are strictly limited, to ensure safe use of the space. They will be allocated on a first-come basis.  

We will hold your membership places until 15th October, after that date we will open places to  a waitlist. We recommend that you confirm your places before this date.

2020 is The Forum’s 20th year and this year we want to look back on our first 20-years and think ahead for the next 20-years. Our vision, back in 2000, was and remains to raise standards in customer operations helping to set standards across Planning, Insight and Quality. Now, having established communities of best practice we can continue to raise standards and prepare for the future.

This year’s theme refers to the clarity and sharpness of vision required to purposely move forward towards your targets, goals and dreams. Whilst recognising the benefit of our fluid thinking over the past 20-years to crystallise our knowledge of best practice and standards.
