You are not on your own. In order to help you move forward on solutions that address the key business imperatives on which you are focussing within your organisation, the Challenge programme offers activities and support for benchmarking, networking, learning, sharing and development as you can see from these pages. Unless you are on Challenge Lite, this includes regional workshops three times in the year and challenge-specific places at the national conferences, awards and site visits. This is how the 2016 programme worked.


Our comprehensive Challenge will be based around:

  • In-depth structured review of the issue(s) and solutions that can be addressed during this year.
  • Regional workshops scheduled in London, Manchester and Newcastle to share and learn.
  • The ability to access content and resources virtually, from home or office, for bite-sized learning.
  • Challenge-specific opportunities in the national awards, site visits and conferences.
  • The option to participate in dialogue on the new Quality & Customer Experience Standards.
  • Self-assessment, peer review, specialist content, models and frameworks for improvement.
  • Benchmarking to learn from best in class and detect key openings for development.
