Conference Gold Sponsor
The 2012 Customer Contact Planning and Strategy conference has been another fantastic conference – two days with inspiring case studies, thought provoking presentations, challenging round table discussions and enjoyable networking opportunities. The 20% increase in numbers clearly indicates that our community is keen to learn how to plan for peak performance in their organisations in order to deliver an effective performance and a great customer and employee experience.
Take a look at the 2012 Conference Agenda here.
Key to the success of the conference was the chance to hear real, insightful experiences, with a multitude of case studies, great speakers from industry leaders in every sector and facilitated discussion built into every forum. At the Planning Forum, we believe that success does not happen only by accident; planning for high performance means that to be the best we must look at how we learn from others in order to take our own operations to the next level.
More than just a planning event , the conference pulled together well over 650 people from all industry sectors and included specific forums for strategy, quality, performance, outbound, back office and public sector transformation.
While most of our members attended, for those of you who couldn’t join us, we’ll be reporting on the conference in some detail through our communities of best practice, but in the meantime you will find the
conference presentations on our website, and session reports will be added as soon as they are ready.
In the meantime, read about the winners of the
2012 Customer Contact Innovation Awards.
