2019 Conference Speakers

Keynote Speakers

Lou Banks is the Founder and Director of Rising Vibe Ltd. When she isn’t raising vibrations in the workplace you may find her walking her dog, sweating in a spin class or enjoying a double G&T with fresh lime, a decent tonic and most importantly, good friends. She wants to help your organisation feel better to do better.

She’s passionate about helping your business get to grips with emotion. Tackle thoughts. Address feelings. Because when this happens it can have a huge impact on business performance.

Lou comes from a place of empathy and experience. She’s been to ‘that difficult place’ and she’ll be right with you when she takes you there too.

She knows the discomfort, the anxiety and the frustration, so she knows how important it is to be open and accessible, without being judgemental. There’ll be plenty of banter, but no bullshit.

Andy Bounds helps people communicate better. He is a Keynote speaker, award-winning consultant, international speaker, best-selling author.

Awarded the title Britain’s Sales Trainer of the Year, and described by AstraZeneca’s Global Communication Director as “a genius, whose advice can’t be ignored”, Andy’s insights stem from the fact his Mother is blind. This has given him a lifetime’s experience of communicating from someone else’s point of view… so critical when seeking to persuade others.
Andy’s three books are all international best-sellers. In fact, one was only kept off Amazon's #1 spot by Harry Potter!

Andy has spoken in 35+ countries, to audiences of all sizes. He has delivered keynotes at the Professional Speakers Association conference, as well as for blue-chip companies, Governments, professional bodies and business experts.

His core belief is “it’s not what you say that counts. It’s what people do differently after you’ve said it”.
